I like the style, how the dragon is a bit, like, glowy so it doesn't have a hard outline, and the character in front does more, and how he's poised to start something going down. The crystals in the foreground also add a really nice touch and dimension.
It's definately worthy of being called anime quality. It has that sort of feel. It would be a cool show!
